Play Him Off Keyboard Cat

Bummer. RIP me.

CNN recently featured the Keyboard Cat and interviewed the originator, Charlie Schmidt, who reveals what the cat is doing now. Spoiler Alert: The keyboard cat played himself off quite a while ago, but he lives on thanks to a VHS tape and the Internet. RIP Keyboard Cat.

The Play Him Off Keyboard Cat brought an EPIC fall video together with the keyboard cat, and was the brain child (as far as I can tell) of Brad O’Farrell. The first video that started all this is here:

The wheelchair fall guy is supposed to be ok. I hope so. This first video struck an odd chord of Terrible and Funny at the same time. The first Play Him off Keyboard Cat was uploaded to YouTube on February 2, 2009 by Brad O’Farrell. Since that time, there have been many, many more to follow as this has taken off.

This website is a place to collect and display these videos, which will continue to grow in number over time. I am not the inventor or creator of any of these videos. I simply found (most of) them humorous and wished to provide a central place for them all, as well as allowing a platform for video artisans to create their own Play Him Off Keyboard Cat works of art.
